Ladies Volunteering Reminder
A reminder that everyone is rostered for umpiring and for junior hockey covid officer duty. It is essential that you check the rota and make sure to attend your scheduled slot to ensure the smooth running of the club. If there are any issues it is your responsibility to arrange a swap.
The umpiring rota for October has been circulated. Also attached here is a provisional rota for the whole year - please note that this is subject to change with fixture swaps/changes in team selection etc. so please check back for any changes closer to your scheduled time. There is a box at the end of the rota with names of people only scheduled to umpire once so far. These people will be called upon for any remaining matches and should be willing to swap if another member of their squad is unavailable.

Hockey Ireland Coaching Courses
There is a Hockey Ireland Level 1 coaching course taking place over the weekend 22nd-24th October at Three Rock Rovers and also a fundamentals course being hosted by Portrane HC on Monday Oct 25th. Everyone should be using the back gate on Orwell Road to access the High School pitches. On Saturdays the main school car park gates get locked at 6pm sharp. Can we please make sure to clear the pitches promptly after any late games, especially if any away teams use the main carpark in error - thanks!
